Access to Travis Air Force Base
If you do not have a military ID, please report to the installation's Pass Office or Visitor Center. You may be asked to provide a copy of your license, registration, and insurance. Your vehicle could be subject to a security inspection.
For security purposes, civilian students may be required to complete a Student Records Release form 
when receiving base access for the first time. This form gives permission for UMGC to provide information about you to the military.
