Earn UMGC Credit for JLU Courses

UMGC will award transfer credit as follows to Jiffy Lube employees who have successfully completed the following Jiffy Lube University (JLU) courses:

Service Specialist Training2 credits

To transfer these credits to UMGC, employees must have the American Council on Education (ACE) send an official transcript to UMGC. Visit the ACE Credit Registry and Transcript System to request transcripts.

These credits are not equivalent to specific courses at UMGC but can be used as elective credits. The undergraduate business credits can be used in supplemental areas of majors or minors if students need business and management credit.

Additional discounts may be available for Federal employees and their spouses and eligible dependents. Undergraduate and standard graduate program tuition for students who meet the criteria for Maryland residency will be the applicable in-state rate. Tuition for active-duty military; members of the Selected Reserves, National Guard, and the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; and the spouses and dependents of these student groups will be the applicable military or specialty rate.
