Students and guests must present their CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (or a picture of it) and a government-issued ID at the door to gain entry to the Xfinity Center.
Masks are required to be worn inside the Xfinity Center (except while eating).
As a student participating in winter commencement, you don't need a ticket, but tickets are required for your guests (including infants).
Each associate, bachelor's, or master's degree graduate may claim up to 4 electronic guest tickets.
Tickets will be scanned upon entry. Each ticket is unique and will only work once. Tickets cannot be duplicated or sold.
After you RSVP for commencement, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the link to our ticketing system. Use that link to claim up to 4 electronic tickets for your guests. We encourage you to claim only the tickets you plan to use, because your unwanted tickets can be used by fellow graduates who have additional guests.
The online ticket-claim form will tell you how to donate your unwanted tickets. Please note: You cannot get your donated tickets back if you change your mind later!
Donated tickets will be made available to other graduates starting December 3 at 9:30 a.m. eastern time.
Remember, you must RSVP for a ceremony before you can claim your tickets. Check your registration confirmation for the link to the e-ticketing system. You may claim your tickets anytime, but we urge you to do so by December 3 to avoid any last-minute hassles.
You'll receive a confirmation email after you order your tickets. Your tickets will be included as a PDF attachment that you can print and distribute (or email). You may also send tickets directly to your guests' mobile phones through the electronic ticketing system. Avoid last-minute hassles by printing or forwarding e-tickets to your guests no later than December 3.
We will open the donated ticket pool at 9:30 a.m. (eastern time) on December 3. Log on to the e-ticketing portal just as you did to claim your initial allotment of tickets. If any donated tickets are available, you'll be able to claim up to two additional tickets online. Donated tickets will be distributed on a first come, first-served basis. After the donated ticket pool opens, you may check it at any time up until commencement day.
There is no guarantee that additional tickets will be available.
