Spring Commencement 2022

  1. University of Maryland Global Campus
  2. UMGC Stateside | Spring Commencement 2022

Nursing Convocation and Reception

The University of Maryland Global Campus nursing convocation will celebrate those students who have earned the UMGC Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree during the 2019–2020 academic year through the presentation of the traditional nursing lapel pin.

This special event is not a commencement; degrees are not conferred. Attendees will be individually recognized on stage and presented with a custom-designed UMGC nursing stole and lapel pin which may be worn to commencement later that week.

A professional photographer will be on hand to capture students' special moments on stage.

A reception will follow the pinning ceremony.

Wednesday, May 13, 2020
5–8 p.m.
College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
