Through this career-focused dual degree program, you can earn a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland Global Campus and from Irkutsk State University. Qualified applicants may also earn a master's degree through UMGC.

UMGC accepts 90 credits in transfer from ISU toward the 120 credits required for the Bachelor of Science in management studies. You can earn 30 credits entirely online through UMGC.

For the Master of Science in management with a specialization in marketing, financial management, or project management, students must complete 36 credits with UMGC; 18 of which are completed on-site at ISU and the remaining 18 credits are completed online.
