The online Master of Business Administration program at University of Maryland Global Campus is designed for busy professionals looking to gain the skills and knowledge that today’s employers need. Learn from faculty members who are active or former professionals in industry, government, and non-profit organizations and discuss course concepts with classmates who have a range of professional and life experiences. Earn a specialization in one of five key areas: marketing, finance, human resource management, global business, or nonprofit management.

Course materials are available as no-cost electronic resources through UMGC's online classroom for most courses in this online program, so you can save money on textbooks. And, the GMAT is not required for admission!

This program requires a total of 30 credits. You’ll take 18 credits of core courses, 9 credits chosen from specialization areas, and a 3-credit capstone.

  • You must complete each course with a grade of B or better to advance to the next course. The grade of C is not available for these courses.
  • The courses in this program will have seven-day and 60-day options for the grade of Incomplete.
